Initially joining as an intern and later promoted to Production Manager, I was responsible for the production of entire product line of chairs, stools, benches, tables and vases. During our lasted project, I helped lead the full scale production of 1,500 desk handles and 80 custom meeting room tables for Gentle Monster’s Korean headquarters. My role encompassed mold and tool design, fabrication logistics, quality control, hiring, and project documentation. I combined technical know how with material expertise to meet demanding design and manufacturing goals.
